This home is a little over 2000 ft.², completely remodeled from top to bottom. Very clean, smart TVs with speedy Wi-fi. This is a perfect house to enjoy some bass fishing, wine tasting or just relaxing on 1 of the 2 huge patios. Dock will hold a couple boats and all 3 bedrooms have 2 queens in them. There are also 1 double mattresses that can be used in any room. Nice 2 car garage, A coffee Keurig, tons of blankets, brand new propane barbecue pit.

The space
This house has its own boat dock and located in The Keys out of the wind. (in my opinion the only way to go) close to several restaurants, casinos, and winery’s. Great bass fishing in the Keys.
Guest access
When you rent his house you’re renting the entire thing, two car garage plenty of closet space, full kitchen, huge decks and boat dock.
Other things to note
The home is on a culdesac so bring the kids bikes and toys. Please smoke outside
